2. Often we act as an agency for other 3rd party suppliers. This means that the contract of sale is between you and the suppliers. The 3rd party supplier has the contractual responsibility in terms of your purchased product and will be responsible for ensuring delivery of product and that the product adheres to any representations supplied to us for sales purposes. Etwiza Ltd does however, select suppliers based on their ability to deliver products to these specifications. Etwiza Ltd will be liable to you in any circumstance where we have misrepresented important information or have breached any relevant laws.
3. All products sold by Etwiza are an offer from suppliers or ourselves to sell a product and we may choose to reject any offer. We will always send confirmation that we have accepted an offer.
4. Whilst unlikely, it may be possible that other users of the website may order the same products as you simultaneously; in such a case there may not be enough stock to fulful all orders. Orders which cannot be fulfilled immediately may experience longer shipping times than those stated on the website, you may request a full refund for these delayed products or replacement products. We will always let you know if you are ever subject to this type of scenario.
5. Any queries relating to the product once purchased should be directed to the relevant suppliers. We will provide these details immediately upon request.
