Shipping / Delivery Information

Delivery is FREE of charge except for product exchanges.

Currently Rose Roques products are only shipping to The UK and Islands. Approximate delivery time is around to 10 working days though in many cases the product will arrive before this time. Where delivery is specified on a product page that delivery time will overide the standard shipping time.

Please note: In a few exceptional cases you may be charged import duties payable upon receipt.

All orders on this site will be charged in British Pounds Sterling.

Availability

If you find that a product is currently sold out and would like to order the product in the future please email customercare@/.

Guarantee

All goods may be returned free if we are notified of your wish to exchange the goods 2 weeks from receipt of goods, these goods must also be returned to our London address within 2 weeks of this notification. Please send an email to: returns@/, or use the Contact page to let us know that you would like to return your product.

We cannot accept returns:

1. where goods are damaged or soiled through your own personal use, all original tags and labels must also be on the product.
2. of goods on any Rose Roques website promotion.
3. if you do not give notification of your wish to return the goods within 2 weeks of their receipt, or failure to return the goods within 2 weeks of this notification.
